HostingDivision, LLC provides basic website hosting and domain name registration services to small and medium size businesses. This Terms Of Service page outlines our policies and practices for providing these services to the public.

We provide website hosting for business users. To keep our IP addresses clean, and prevent any ranking penalties from the major search engines, we do not allow any adult content, pharmaceutic products or gaming websites. Copyright or trademark infringements are not allowed. Also, we do not host political or hateful content. Our goal is to provide clean, SEO friendly hosting.

All services, including domain name registrations, are non - refundable. Once a domain name is formally registered it is valid for 1 year. No refunds are ever made for any reason. Website hosing is also provisioned for a term of one year. Any early termination will not receive a refund for the unused term. You are free to move or transfer your domain name and website at any time, using standard FTP protocols.

Payments are made by automated credit card payments through our website. We will attempt to charge your credit card on file 30 days prior to the annual expiration date of your domain name and hosting. You can update your credit card online or by calling us directly. You are free to cancel your account anytime but there is no refund for any unused term of service.

All accounts have specific storage and services limits. We do not offer 'unlimited' storage or bandwidth. Contact us to update your account is necessary.

You are responsible for the security of your website. WordPress websites, in particular, require ongoing updating of all plug-ins scripts and security patches. Any website that is compromised, generates malware, or is flagged by the major search engines will be suspended until the underlying issue is resolved. We will work with you to get the site back online, but we do not provide any technical or professional services to repair any website. We simply host the website that you upload.

Bulk e-mailing is NOT allowed

No bots or automated crawlers

No software crack postings

No automated link farming

All sites must have a 'Lawful Purpose'

No bulk, unsolicited outbound e-mailing is allowed. If you have a large customer database that you regularly market to we would suggest using an e-mail service like Constant Contact or one of the many other mail providers.

HostingDivision.com does not warrant or represent that the services will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure. To the extent permitted by applicable law HostingDivision.com disclaims any and all warranties including the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by applicable law all services are provided on an "As Is" basis.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any lost profits or any indirect, special incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any kind, or for damages that could have been avoided by the use of reasonable diligence, arising in connection with the agreement, even if the party has been advised or should be aware of the possibility of such damages.

Notwithstanding anything else in the agreement to the contrary, the maximum aggregate liability of HostingDivision.com and any of its employees, agents or affiliates, under any theory of the law (including breach of contract, tort, strict liability and infringement) shall be a payment of money not to exceed the amount paid by customer for the the service.

All notices and communications are done via electronic mail to the e-mail address of the registered account. Notices are deemed received on the day transmitted, or if that day is not a business day, on the first business day following the day delivered. Customer may change his, her or their notice address anytime by logging into their account.

HostingDivision.com shall maintain and control ownership of all IP numbers and addresses that may be assigned to YOU by us. HostingDivision.com reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to change or modify any and all such IP numbers and addresses.

HostingDivision.comdoes not share your personal information or e-mail address with anyone. We do not send any marketing e-mails. All communications from us relate to billing or support requests only.
